Job description

The PMO Specialist is responsible for supporting effective project governance, enhancing reporting processes, and driving the standardization of project management practices. The role ensures alignment of project execution with organizational objectives by collaborating closely with project managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership, thereby improving overall project efficiency and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining PMO processes and standards.
  • Support tailored development, monitoring, and reporting of strategic projects.
  • Monitor project performance, track metrics, and prepare detailed management and stakeholder reports.
  • Ensure compliance with project management frameworks and policies across the project portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Support project managers with risk management, issue resolution, and resource planning.
  • Facilitate and document project meetings, track action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives.
  • Continuously improve PMO processes, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification (CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, PMO, or related roles.

  • Understanding of project management methodologies.
