Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to oversee and coordinate strategic projects across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, execution, and governance, ensuring alignment with the companys objectives while optimizing resources and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project management frameworks, policies, and best practices to drive efficiency.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Establish project governance and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Drive process improvements and promote agile project management methodologies where applicable.
• Provide regular project status reports and updates to senior leadership.
• Support the development of project budgeting, cost estimation, and resource planning.
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication to align project expectations and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within investment management, real estate, retail, or software development industries.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or PMP certification preferred).
• Experience in setting up and managing a PMO function is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
