Job Title: Project HSE Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia

Requirements

1. Ensure that all design, procurement, construction, and installation activities carried out by Saipem are conducted in strict accordance with the Client HSE Requirements, Saipem HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, and International Standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
2. Staff and manage HSE design and site personnel.
3. Ensure Project HSE plans and procedures are developed and implemented throughout the entire project lifecycle.
4. Define HSE strategies for the entire project and review designs from an HSE perspective.
5. Conduct preconstruction surveys, identify safety criticalities and environmentally sensitive areas, and design mitigation measures.
6. Assist project engineering and management teams in risk management processes (e.g., HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment).
7. Participate in accident/incident investigations.
8. Assist construction teams in HSE risk management and occupational safety risk assessments.
9. Identify potential emergency scenarios and develop emergency preparedness and response plans.
10. Plan and conduct HSE audits at project sites and contractors.
11. Monitor, analyze, and report HSE performance to corporate organizations.
12. Identify HSE training needs and develop training programs and awareness campaigns.
13. Promote periodic project HSE reviews and ensure proper HSE close-out reports.
14. Ensure health management system implementation and MEDEVAC setup.
15. Identify significant environmental aspects and develop management plans.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Bachelor's Degree minimum.
2. Offshore experience of at least 10 years (for offshore locations).
3. NEBOSH IGC certification or equivalent safety certification.
4. HSE professional certification (e.g., ASP, CSP, GSP, CRSP, OHST, CHST, MIIRSM, FIIRSM, TECHIOSH, CERTIOSH, CMIOSH).
5. Mandatory Saudi Aramco experience for the Project HSE Manager position.
6. Previous Saudi Aramco offshore/onshore approval preferred.
7. BOSIET, H2S certificates.
8. BLS and First Aid certification from American Heart or Saudi Heart Association.
