  • Structure debt financing for greenfield projects with a focus on bankability and investability.


  • Develop and review detailed financial models, providing guidance to junior team members.


  • Prepare transaction-specific marketing, credit, and client-facing materials.


  • Manage client relationships and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).


  • Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.


  • Oversee project management tasks to align all stakeholders and meet deadlines.


  • Support business development by leveraging past deal experience and market insights.


  • Mentor and upskill junior team members in transaction execution processes.


  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout transaction lifecycles.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in leading project finance transactions, including PPP and greenfield deals.


  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, commercial due diligence, and debt structuring.


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business Management; CFA certification is a plus.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.


  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic or Mandarin is advantageous.


  • Experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Energy Transition is preferred.


  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate complex projects, and lead junior team members.


  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.


  • Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, and dynamic environment with a focus on international best practices.
