Description
Lead commercial due diligence for PPP and project finance transactions, identifying key risks and mitigation strategies.
Structure debt financing for greenfield projects with a focus on bankability and investability.
Develop and review detailed financial models, providing guidance to junior team members.
Prepare transaction-specific marketing, credit, and client-facing materials.
Manage client relationships and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Oversee project management tasks to align all stakeholders and meet deadlines.
Support business development by leveraging past deal experience and market insights.
Mentor and upskill junior team members in transaction execution processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout transaction lifecycles.
Profile
5+ years of experience in project finance advisory and debt arrangement, preferably in the EMEA region
Proven track record in leading project finance transactions, including PPP and greenfield deals.
Strong expertise in financial modeling, commercial due diligence, and debt structuring.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business Management; CFA certification is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic or Mandarin is advantageous.
Experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Energy Transition is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate complex projects, and lead junior team members.
