Project Engineering Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Engineering Officer to join our talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to Tameed QM System.
2. Process clients' applications internally and externally.
3. Analyze engineering projects.
4. Prepare and submit reports on collection activities periodically.
5. Archive and maintain project files of clients.
6. Conduct field visits to follow up on work progress.
7. Collect amounts from clients.
8. Collect amounts from funding applicants and update the status of applications.
9. Close any regulatory gaps within the department.
10. Close any action items on the QM system.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Engineer Membership from Saudi Council of Engineers (if applicable).
3. Proficient in Word and Excel.
4. PMP certification.
5. 0 - 2 years of experience (Fresh graduate).
6. Ability to write reports.
7. Negotiation and persuasion skills.
8. Strong communication skills.
9. Fluent in Arabic and English.

Job Type and Benefits:

1. Full-time job.
2. Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
3. 30 days annual leave.
