Job summary

A leading company in the engineering sector seeks an AirNet Project Engineer in Jeddah to drive technical and sales support for AirNet sales and installations. This role focuses on designing pneumatic systems and supervising projects while ensuring adherence to best practices and client satisfaction. Qualified candidates should have a mechanical engineering degree with relevant experience in pneumatic systems and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in pneumatic systems design and project execution.
  • Experience in firefighting, HVAC, or compressed air piping projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, airflow, and system integration.

Responsibilities

  • Design pneumatic piping systems using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
  • Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
  • Supervise installation and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated person for the position of AirNet Project Engineer to generate profitable growth of the CTS business through technical and sales support for internal and external customers, focusing on AirNet sales and installation.

The role concentrates on CTS advanced services, mainly AirNet, and focuses on providing support before and during the sales process to identify new opportunities and strategies, ensuring our offer meets best practice standards.

What we expect from you?

  • Key responsibilities and accountabilities
  • Design pneumatic piping systems using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
  • Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, and tender documents
  • Supervise installation and ensure adherence to design and safety standards
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain project documentation and progress reports
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates
  • Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and control teams to integrate pneumatic systems into larger projects
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of pneumatic piping systems
  • Knowledge of different piping systems (Aluminum, GI, Stainless steel)
  • Knowledge of welding procedures for stainless steel piping
  • Arabic language skills are preferred; strong command of English, including writing, speaking, and presentation skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in pneumatic systems design and project execution
  • Experience in firefighting, HVAC, or compressed air piping projects is preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, airflow, and system integration
  • Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems is a plus
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Preferred Certifications:

    • PMP or equivalent project management certification
    • Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH)
    • Training in pneumatic system design or maintenance
