  • Review engineering deliverables and liaise with Engineering and Operations Department.
  • Maintain safe and quality working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Determines project responsibilities and assign the required personnel.
  • Direct and supervise the work of engineers and other project personnel to monitor the execution of design, procurement and construction of Unconventional Resources Surface Facilities Projects..
  • Lead the team in the preparation of project schedule, compile project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommend corrective actions as required.
  • Manage change and associated documentation to control project costs.
  • Ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and specifications.
  • Interact with the contractors and third parties.
  • Jointly Support the project manager to maintain control of the budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance, and provide regular reports on the project status.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
  • Extensive professional oil and gas industry experience, including 10 years of proven working experience as a project engineer in Saudi Aramco's Pipeline Onshore Projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Familiarity with international rules, regulations and best practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Not more than 51 years old.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools, such as ERP systems and quality management software. Computer Literate.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess a valid light vehicle driving license.

EXPERIENCE:
  • 10-15 years experiences in Project Management for the construction of Pipeline Projects, Civil, Electro-Mechanical, Industrial, specially in Saudi Aramco's Pipeline Onshore Projects in Saudi Arabia.
