Responsibilities:

  1. Issue payment requests, assisting the Project Manager (PM) in finalizing purchase orders.
  2. Assist the Project Manager in preparation of procurement plans, budget plans, and time schedules based on project technical specifications, costs, and time limits.
  3. Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes of meetings as required.
  4. Coordinate between designers, different suppliers, subcontractors, site, and client.
  5. Prepare submittals and follow up with clients, suppliers, and designers until approval.
  6. Manage project documents and records.
  7. Provide approved documents to site and subcontractors.
  8. Write letters to clients and subcontractors as per project requirements.
  9. Prepare reports (weekly and monthly for clients and weekly/as requested for AlGihaz management).
  10. Follow up for approval and handover of spare parts and special tools.
  11. Coordinate with procurement and expediting for training and FAT schedules.
  12. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics through expediting and supply chain departments for timely delivery of equipment.
  13. Arrange equipment and site manpower working at site and material delivery status.
  14. Initiate client invoices in coordination with the planning team.
  15. Release supplier and subcontractor invoices.
  16. Maintain records of payments made to suppliers and payments received from clients.
  17. Assist the Project Manager in supervising, inspecting, and monitoring various activities in the project.
  18. Follow up with the site team for day-to-day progress.
  19. Follow up and close punch lists and NCRs.
  20. Follow up for site markup and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • SCE membership.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and organizing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
