The position is based at our Riyadh Office, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze structural drawings provided by clients.
2. Implement formwork solutions based on instructions from the Sales Engineer, Team Leader, or Senior Planning Engineer.
3. Propose the most economical and technically sound solutions.
4. Conduct basic static calculations.
5. Prepare material lists, offer drawings, and shop drawings.
6. Assist the Sales Engineer with site visits.
7. Coordinate the timely delivery of shop drawings as per instructions.
8. Engage with clients on technical issues.
9. Coordinate with other departments such as Operations, Site Supervisors, and Project Coordination.
10. Consider material availability during the design phase.
11. Communicate with the Sales Department in the absence of the Head of Engineering.
12. Support formwork instructors and coordinate with the site team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of CAD software.
• Technical or Civil Engineering qualification.
• Basic IT skills.
• Basic knowledge of formwork.
• Experience in erecting, dismantling formwork, and site supervision.
• Team player with good communication skills (internal and with clients).
• Financial acumen.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Motivated to enhance knowledge continuously.
• Willingness to work overtime if required.
