The Role

In this position, you will design and deliver DGM's control systems and provide ongoing customer support to ensure reliable performance and world-class customer satisfaction.

Your Impact
  • Design, plan, integrate, test, and commission hardware and software requirements on customer systems.
  • Perform installation, integration, and testing of hardware, software, and systems.
  • Own troubleshooting efforts for variances and deploy resolutions promptly.
  • Define project requirements through customer communication and coordinate with other departments.
  • Serve as the primary systems engineer responsible for deploying complex control systems.
  • Design networking and system/application configurations.
  • Customize system, hardware, and network configurations based on customer needs.
  • Provide customer support and assistance under maintenance and warranty agreements.
  • Assist in creating training materials and project documentation as needed.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Experience in power systems, electric utility operations/dispatch, real-time control systems, client/server applications, network communications, UNIX/Linux/Windows OS, and software programming/scripting (Python, C/C++).

The salary range for this role is $77,900.00 - $97,400.00. This range is an estimate of the base compensation at the time of posting and may vary based on several factors. The role is eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits for eligible employees.
