Position Summary
- Process pump and pump package orders from EPCs and end-users.
- Review, reconcile, and define order requirements, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Prepare RFQs and purchase requisitions for buy-outs per project needs.
- Create BOMs and upload them to the ITT ERP system.
- Review internal and buy-out documents to ensure compliance with project and specification requirements.
- Prepare engineering submittals, including GADs, piping drawings, sectional drawings, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, using ITT Goulds CAD software.
- Manage document uploads/downloads to/from the Goulds database.
- Coordinate with Goulds facilities, global engineering teams, departments, customers, and vendors throughout project execution.
- Support operations and provide necessary references for pump assembly.
- Participate in customer, vendor, and inter-department meetings.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with pumps and pump packages.
- 3-5 years of CAD modeling and documentation experience.
- Proficiency in CREO Parametric 3D and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of ASME Y14.5, GD&T, and ERPLx system.
- Familiarity with Aramco & Sabic standards, API, ASME, and ANSI standards.
- Understanding of pump package design, layout, and operation.
- Knowledge of driver equipment, API sealing systems, instrumentation, and Oil & Gas industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
