Position Summary
- Process orders for barepump / pump packages from EPCs and end-users.
- Review, reconcile, and define order requirements and specifications.
- Prepare RFQ & PR for buy-outs as per project needs.
- Create BOM and upload to ITT ERP system.
- Review internal and buy-out documents ensuring compliance with project and specification requirements.
- Prepare engineering submittals (GAD, piping drawings, sectional drawings, wiring diagrams, P&ID) using ITT Goulds CAD software.
- Manage document uploads/downloads in the Goulds database.
- Coordinate with Goulds facilities, global engineering, departments, customers, and vendors throughout project execution.
- Support assembly operations with necessary reference documents.
- Participate in customer, vendor, and inter-department meetings.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with pumps and pump packages.
- 3-5 years’ experience in CAD modeling and documentation.
- Proficiency in CREO Parametric 3D and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of ASME Y14.5, GD&T, ERPLx system, and international standards (API, ASME, ANSI).
- Understanding of pump package design, layout, driver equipment, API sealing systems, instrumentation, and experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Strong design judgment and customer focus.
- Ability to foster a positive work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
