Job summary

Une organisation leader dans le secteur de l'aménagement intérieur de luxe recherche un Directeur de Projet expérimenté pour superviser la livraison de projets en Arabie Saoudite. Le candidat idéal doit posséder une expérience significative de 20 ans dans des projets de grande envergure et détenir un diplôme pertinent. Un visa transférable est un atout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de la construction ou de l'aménagement.
• Expérience significative dans la gestion de projets à grande échelle.
• Préférence pour les candidats basés actuellement en KSA.

Responsibilities

• Surveiller la livraison de plusieurs projets à temps et dans le respect du budget.
• Gérer l'équipe de projet et coordonner les ressources.
• Assurer la communication avec les parties prenantes.

Project Director – Large Scale, Luxury Fit-Out

A leading High End Luxury interiors and fit-out organisation with presence in MENA, Europe and Americas is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to oversee the on time, on budget delievry of a number of projects in KSA.

The ideal person will have large scale experience in high end and luxury fit-out and interiors for high rise, hotels

Minimum 20 years’ experience in the Construction and / or Fit out industry managing high end large scale projects

Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Preference for candidates who are currently based in KSA and have a transferable visa
