Job Description:
ROLE PURPOSEThe Project Director- Commercial and Mixed use assets is responsible for overseeing and leading all pre and post construction activities for assets to be constructed that are predominantly 2D/ In situ construction delivery. This role will also focus on 3D MMC Modular assets ( excluding 3D MMC for Residential and Hotel) for those asset classes where 3D MMC are suited. These may include Office, Education, Health Facilities, Retail , F&B, Government Buildings and the like. This role will focus on 2D/In-situ installation of all Non 3D MMC Modular assets (predominantly Residential and Hotel) including commissioning for all assets across City Built Infrastructure. The incumbent will also optimize asset classes (other than Residential / Hotel) that would be suited to 3D MMC Modular delivery. Our goal being to minimize the extent of 2D / In-situ Construction works.Incumbent is thoroughly familiar with 2D platform construction for a wide range of asset typologies including Office, Education, Health, Retail, F&B etc.Demonstrable experience managing complex high-rise projects demonstrating technical expertise, strong leadership and meticulous planning to successfully deliver project objectives.Lead the development of work package plans to ensure key deliverables for leveraging modern methods of construction (MMC), align with the cost plan and programme objectives.Ensure design outputs align with the procurement and project execution strategy to procure supply chain ecosystems to manufacture core products into sub-assemblies that can be fully assembled into finished product locally in the 3D MMC assembly facility and/or onsite as required. Develop procurement execution strategies for work packages (suitable for 3D MMC Modular (other than Residential and Hotel) aligned to project deliverables and programme objectives, assessing commercial risks aligned to 3D MMC assembly, installation, commissioning, long lead procurement and whole life cycle cost.The role will involve developing detailed stakeholder management plans to identify, analyze and engage all key stakeholders and groups on a regular basis to manage expectations, objectives and outcomes.The role will foster a workplace culture that prioritizes compliance with company policies, procedures and project governance.Work closely with the QC/QA teams to ensure all QC/QA deliverables are in accordance with process, procedures and applicable standards using digital systems for inspection and test plans (ITP), BIM360 and COBie data.This role will be actively involved in both pre- and post-contract phases and requires the post holder to have experience in both phases.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES Key ResponsibilitiesWe truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
