JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director (Anchor and Regional Assets) to join our team. This particular role focuses on managing anchor and regional assets projects, which are critical to the development and growth of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage anchor and regional assets projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and implement project plans, strategies, and budgets
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government authorities
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and other deliverables
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on anchor and regional assets projects
