• Must have a proven track record of successfully managing complex Sports Arenas & Stadia projects from inception through completion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Thorough knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
