Job description

The requirement is for an accomplished Project Director with sound PMC and Supervision experience, ideally gained within the international construction market on large scale Airport projects.

This role requires extensive understanding of Aviation projects for the detailed design and Engineering, as well as solid Middle East (ME) Aviation experience.

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the project.

Ensure client requirements are clearly understood by all company personnel involved in the project

Oversee the management of project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Ensure compliance with project objectives, scope, and key performance indicators.

Engage with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure their requirements and expectations are met.

Monitor and manage the update of Projects' Master Schedules (PMS) and budgets related to construction costs.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within allocated constraints.

Implement a comprehensive Project Management System, applying best practices and standards.

Sustain the quality of the Client Projects service throughout the duration of the PMC Contract.

Provide design management services and technical assistance framework to the client.

Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management, providing recommendations and mitigation plans as necessary.
