About the Role:

Kariera Group Recruitment Services is actively seeking an Onshore Project Director – Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity to join a Global Engineering Consultancy working on their major iconic Oil and Gas Project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects from conception to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and contractual compliance.
2. Oversee project cost performance and accounts receivable.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
4. Ensure project execution aligns with policies, procedures, and systems.
5. Manage and coordinate project leadership personnel.
6. Support business development and proposal efforts for offshore opportunities.
7. Negotiate changes with clients.
8. Handle all contracts within their program of works.
9. Share best practices among Project Managers.
10. Plan and revise project execution plans, ensuring adherence.
11. Provide regular updates to clients and advise on project status.
12. Lead the project management team to ensure successful project completion, delivering quality in accordance with Management systems.
13. Forecast workload and ensure resource deployment in collaboration with the Engineering Manager.
14. Resolve inter-project conflicts.
15. Manage all personnel assigned to offshore contracts effectively.
16. Proficient in English and Arabic languages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in onshore oil and gas projects.
• Proven management experience in engineering and procurement projects.
• Strong knowledge of detailed design projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield developments.
• Previous experience with Aramco requirements.
• Fabrication and construction experience is beneficial.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding of projects.
• Leadership skills to manage challenging environments.
• Decisiveness and ability to drive decision-making processes.
• Excellent management, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Risk and Change Management.
