About The Role

Kariera Group Recruitment Services is actively seeking an Onshore Project Director – Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity to join a Global Engineering Consultancy working on major iconic Oil and Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from conception to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and contractual compliance.
• Accountable for project cost performance and accounts receivable.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
• Ensure project execution aligns with policies, procedures, and systems.
• Manage and coordinate project leadership personnel.
• Support business development and proposals for offshore opportunities.
• Negotiate changes with clients.
• Oversee all contracts within their program of works.
• Share best practices among Project Managers.
• Plan and revise project execution plans, ensuring adherence.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status.

Requirements

• Lead the project management team to ensure successful project completion.
• Deliver projects in accordance with Quality Management systems.
• Forecast workload and deploy sufficient resources in collaboration with the Engineering Manager.
• Resolve inter-project conflicts effectively.
• Manage all personnel assigned to offshore contracts.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in onshore oil and gas projects.
• Proven management experience in engineering and procurement projects.
• Strong knowledge of detailed design projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield.
• Previous experience with Aramco requirements.
• Fabrication/Construction experience is beneficial.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding of projects.
• Ability to lead in challenging environments and make decisions.
• Excellent management, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Experience with Risk and Change Management.
