Job Description

• Oversee and manage multiple oil and gas projects and programs, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and Client's strategic objectives.
• Act as the principal point of contact for Client's and other key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project success while adhering to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Direct the development of Pre-FEED studies, ensuring that all technical, financial, and regulatory aspects of the project are addressed and well-defined.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) activities, ensuring that designs meet technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and are aligned with Client's standards.
• Manage the Detailed Engineering phase, ensuring accurate, high-quality engineering solutions and effective project execution in line with Client's specifications and industry standards.
• Develop, implement, and manage the overall program strategy, ensuring the projects meet Client's technical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that each project under the program follows best practices for scope management, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and risk management.
• Establish performance metrics and KPIs to track and monitor program progress, ensuring that all projects deliver on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards.
• Oversee the financial management of the entire program, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Manage financial forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction or operational improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related fields).
• A master’s degree or certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) would be a plus.
• 20 to 25 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, with a proven track record in the Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases of large-scale projects.
• In-depth experience in managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects in alignment with Client's standards and specifications.
• Extensive experience in Client's -related projects, including knowledge of Client's technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders in the context of large-scale oil and gas infrastructure projects in the Saudi Arabia region.
