Job description

Core Accountabilities:

• Manage the end-to-end execution of IT projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure availability by coordinating with project teams, and managing execution of tasks based on priorities and business needs
• Oversee the delivery teams and provide support to prepare work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits to assess project health, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure projects are delivered on time, and within scope
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Prioritize and approve project changes and estimate the impact of new or modified services in terms of capacity, schedule, tasks and one-time vs ongoing resources
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within the project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership
• Monitor and communicate regular project status updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Identify and highlight potential risks during project execution and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Maintain updated project documentation, including project plans, progress, status reports, and project-related communications
• Collaborate with project control expert to ensure effective project planning, monitoring, and reporting
