Project Delivery Manager

Manage the delivery of the projects and oversee the day-to-day construction operations at all phases by closely monitoring and coordinating between PMCs, consultants, and contractors in order to ensure project execution in alignment with predefined design specifications, plans, schedules, applicable codes, budgets, and QHSE standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
2. Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is desirable.
3. Professional industry-recognized qualification such as IPPM or equivalent is desirable.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication; Fluency in Arabic and English.
5. 10+ years of professional experience in Construction Management or Project Delivery in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a development organization, preferably from real estate companies.
6. A proven track record of dynamic and successful project management.
