Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and visualize operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead initiatives to enhance work processes and streamline workflows.
• Develop and implement KPIs to measure and track performance improvements.
• Facilitate change management by training teams, overcoming resistance, and supporting the adoption of new processes.
• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring data-driven decisions align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; a Master’s Degree in Management is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience, preferably across diverse engineering sectors.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
