Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Coordinator - Saudi National to join our team! In this role, you will engage and collaborate with the entire PMO programme team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support the design management capabilities of the PMO design team.
  • Engage and collaborate with the client's design team.
  • Facilitate collaborative relationships between the PMO teams.
  • Prepare project reports, organizational structures, flow charts, schedules, and action plans.
  • Demonstrate solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized university.

Minimum of 3 years of project coordination, document control, administration, support, and secretarial experience.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data processing software.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Good understanding of architectural design stages.
  • Confident verbal presentation skills.
