Project Coordinator (Saudization)

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator with a strong background in presentation design, public speaking, and marketing support. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and design engaging presentations for internal and external audiences using PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
  • Deliver presentations effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing materials for presentations, marketing, and branding purposes.
  • Assist with marketing and advertising initiatives, leveraging creative strategies and content.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in public speaking and creating presentations.
  • Strong background in graphic design and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
