Project coordinator – maintenance

Job Responsibilities

1. Follow up on internal and external tasks
2. Manage cash flow
3. Support the purchasing department
4. Monitor daily progress of relocating sites, follow up, and control task execution
5. Prepare weekly progress reports
6. Assist and follow up with the relocating manager, subcontractors, and team members on daily tasks, including client reporting and communication
7. Maintain and update data, site, and project status
8. Process and track services and reports, including purchase orders and civil work permits
9. Communicate with team members, management, subcontractors, and clients
10. Monitor project plans and execution to ensure timely completion
11. Arrange periodic project status meetings, document minutes, and maintain action registers
