They will be supporting content development and project execution within the communication and media division. This role is essential for maintaining structured workflows, coordinating between teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality content.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the division leadership.
  • Assist in creating project plans detailing scope, resources, and performance metrics.
  • Track incoming content requests and support their prioritization.
  • Coordinate internal content-related projects across departments.
  • Support communication with content owners to align on messages and timelines.
  • Help monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist in maintaining editorial calendars, reporting, and planning documentation.
  • Facilitate coordination with both internal teams and external content partners.
  • Contribute to post-project evaluations and documentation of lessons learned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
  • GCC nationals only.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft cloud services and SAP systems.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Customer service focus with a willingness to adapt to new tools and processes.
