Job Duties

1. Under general supervision, responsible for projects requiring activity coordination for single to multiple rig projects.
2. Manage projects with limited risk profile due to no inter Product Service Line (PSL) dependency, performance-based contracts, or limited non-core third-party services.
3. Learn from and share responsibilities with a senior project manager on larger, more complex projects.
4. Lead regular meetings to review performance indicators and implement management systems for efficiency and performance improvements.
5. Participate actively in operational problem solving during execution, including leading investigations on SQ events.
6. Plan, organize, and coordinate projects across 3 or more PSLs following company policies and procedures.
7. Champion Halliburton and the customer’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
8. Verify equipment received at the well site meets specifications and documentation is current for all 3rd party rental/purchase equipment.
9. Lead pre-project and post-project reviews and meetings.
10. Participate in safety meetings and performance reviews, maintaining detailed records.
11. Ensure all personnel work from the latest project procedures and expectations.
12. Evaluate operational performance and technology applicability.
13. Manage project Performance Optimization Plan and resolve cross-PSL issues prior to final invoicing.
14. Document lessons learned and communicate findings to leadership.
15. Maintain professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
16. Demonstrate strong leadership and client interface skills.
17. Require a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, 3+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of full-time oil and gas experience.
