Qualifications

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify customer purchase orders, ensuring compliance with EagleBurgmann offer and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement teams across various EagleBurgmann entities globally to track order progress and resolve any delays.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of mechanical seals and Supply Systems.
  • Assist in resolving any post-delivery technical issues, failures, or warranty claims.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding post-order support.
  • Provide regular updates on order status, delivery schedules internally and to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, like preparing an MoM after customer visits.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with engineering team for product improvements.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements for better order execution and delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support, order execution, for mechanical seals, rotating equipment.
  • Experience with API 682, ANSI, and other sealing system standards is a plus.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and training sessions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
