Job description

The Reporting Manager will develop, implement, and maintain robust construction reporting systems to monitor the time, cost, scope, and risk aspects of large-scale transport infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will leverage Power BI to deliver insightful, real-time dashboards and reports that support decision-making at both operational and executive levels. Experience in railway projects is highly advantageous.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain dynamic reporting dashboards using Power BI, with data sourced from Oracle Unifier and other project control tools.
2. Develop automated reporting workflows within Oracle Unifier, including business processes, shell templates, and data integrations.
3. Consolidate and interpret data across project functions (planning, cost, contracts, risk) into unified reporting structures.
4. Lead the preparation of weekly, monthly, and executive-level reports.
5. Automate data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
6. Conduct in-depth project data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Prepare executive-level summaries and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
8. Ensure data integrity by implementing quality control measures and validation processes.
9. Train project teams in best practices for using Power BI and Oracle Unifier for project reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience: 15-20 years of experience in developing construction reporting systems, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or transport projects.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and strong technical expertise in Oracle Unifier, including configuration, reporting, and process automation.
• Strong knowledge of construction project controls (schedule, cost, risk).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Primavera, SAP) and data integration.

Preferred:

• Railway or transport infrastructure project experience.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
