Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with company procedures and risk management (ERM) in a manufacturing/production shop environment.
  2. Develop and manage project control plans covering cost, schedule, scope, and invoicing.
  3. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across EPC/shutdown projects.
  4. Load and validate cost data in SAP; manage cost breakdowns and WBS.
  5. Support proposal development, pre-contract changes, and execution planning.
  6. Maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project; track progress via S-curves and histograms.
  7. Monitor engineering (TDR) and procurement (PTR) deliverables.
  8. Implement CPMS and ensure accurate construction progress tracking.
  9. Prepare and present reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on key performance metrics.
  10. Validate vendor invoices and support receivables follow-up.
  11. Manage materials tracking and ensure delivery aligns with scope.
  12. Communicate with clients regarding contractual issues and risks.
  13. Handle EOTs/claims using AACE/SCL frameworks and schedule analysis.
  14. Support SOP updates, risk tracking, reviews, and lessons learned sessions.
  15. Provide proactive support to project teams; escalate key issues as needed.
