About The Role

Kariera Group recruitment services are actively seeking a highly skilled Project Control Manager to join our project delivery team supporting major EPC contracts across the Middle East. This role is critical to driving project performance and ensuring accurate planning, cost control, and progress tracking in high-value, onshore environments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead all aspects of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress measurement
  2. Develop and maintain integrated project control systems that support timely and data-driven decision-making
  3. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure cost and schedule alignment with project execution strategies
  4. Prepare and present detailed reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for internal and client stakeholders
  5. Identify project risks early and implement robust mitigation strategies
  6. Support contract and change management processes with a commercial mindset
  7. Ensure full compliance with internal controls, client procedures, and HSE policies
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in project controls for major EPC projects, ideally with an onshore focus
  • Strong background with international contractors or consultancies in the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, cost control tools, and earned value management methodologies
  • Familiarity with contractual frameworks, including FIDIC and other international standards
  • Excellent understanding of schedule risk analysis, cash flow forecasting, and cost benchmarking
  • Engineering degree or equivalent with professional qualifications (e.g., AACE, PMI-SP, CCP) preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
  • Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential
