Job description

Seeking a Project Control Manager experienced in the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of pipelines.

1. Control and manage all phases of the project, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, change management, and control.
2. Schedule management.
3. Cost management.
4. Change management.
5. Key resource management.
6. Scope and change management.
7. Proposal management (bidding decision and costing management) and strategic planning.
8. Establish operating policies to mitigate risk. Provide guidance and consultation for project managers.
9. Interface with internal department heads and assemble project execution timelines.
10. Ensure the project controls team produces weekly/monthly reports aligned with the project and company reporting calendar, detailing progress, actuals, forecasts, and variances.
11. Apply project controls processes consistently across the project.
12. Manage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance across multiple suppliers.
13. Support and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures, and standards.
14. Develop requirements for resource-loaded schedules.
15. Collaborate with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager, and Project QS to maximize project potential.
16. Be familiar with national and international standards, including Saudi Aramco standards.

Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup/setup processes.
