Position: Project Control Manager / Business Project Manager

Domain: Offshore Oil & Gas

Role Responsibilities:

1. The Business Manager supports the Program Director in proactive client engagement, maintaining vigilance and sensitivity to client perceptions throughout the program lifecycle.
2. Interacts regularly with client counterparts to discover, assess, and address relationship concerns early and decisively.
3. Discusses mitigation strategies for issues and concerns with the client.
4. Manages contract administration, including all WERs and PAFs.
5. Holds responsibility and accountability for procurement and subcontract support services, project controls, cost, and planning.
6. Prepares and submits all weekly and monthly project controls documentation as required by the contract.
7. Coordinates with Finance for invoicing.
8. Prepares proposals.
9. Oversees training and development programs.
10. Manages IT & Design Systems.
11. Administers document control processes.
12. Supervises SAPMT seconded personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A background in Project Control is essential.
• Experience in the offshore industry or similar mega projects, with a relevant engineering degree.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering principles.
• Cost-conscious with a good understanding of planning fundamentals.
• Strong skills in people management, conflict resolution, and excellent communication skills.
