Job description

As a Project-Based Associate in the Digital Solutions team, you will be responsible for the operational aspects of delivering digital tool services. Utilizing TAM’s packaged solutions, you will help meet client and project objectives. Daily tasks will include operating digital tools, collecting client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and managing various freelance workers. Additionally, you will engage in strategic product management activities to enhance product functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Operate and manage the delivery of digital tools and services.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Participate in strategic discussions to improve product features and functionality.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management and client servicing, with a focus on process improvements and optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred specializations include Operations Management, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Demonstrated innovation, creativity, and customer orientation.
  • Resilience and stress tolerance in a project-driven environment.
  • High dedication, commitment, and sense of ownership.
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of web development is a plus.
