Responsibilities

  • Assist the project team in day-to-day project activities.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication across departments and project team members.
  • Support in preparing presentations and status updates for clients and management.
  • Help update risks and issues logs, and track resolutions.
  • Ensure documentation is aligned with company policies and project standards.
  • Support quality assurance by helping to implement and track compliance procedures.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI etc)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
