Program Specialist II


The Program Specialist II (Building Management Systems (BMS) and light current systems) is responsible for coordinating and managing the technical aspects of project interfaces between various teams, departments, and external stakeholders for mega construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure a safe working environment on site for all employees, subcontractors, suppliers, Clients and visitors.
  2. Lead the achievement of company safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for all technical interface matters related to BMS and light current systems, ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
  4. Manage and coordinate technical interfaces across multiple disciplines and project phases, specifically focusing on Network/cyber security and ELV systems.
  5. Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical requirements.
  6. Monitor and track interface-related activities and issues, providing regular updates to project stakeholders.
  7. Facilitate technical discussions, reviews, and approvals to resolve interface issues.
  8. Work closely with engineering teams to verify and validate technical interface designs and solutions.
  9. Follow up and track all Retention and Defects Liability Period punch-lists/snags to ensure close out of work packages and release of retention monies.

You must have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 3-7 years total experience in project management, technical coordination and MEP mega projects.
  3. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly recommended.
  4. Fluency in English is required.
  5. Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and other relevant applications.
  6. Demonstrated experience in safety and safety management on large commercial and infrastructure projects.
  7. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  8. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
