Job Summary

To support Vision 2030 and the evolution of GAMI requirements, Raytheon Saudi Arabia has established a localization strategy focused on building an in-country and centralized RTN SA localization capability and indigenous supply/industry base in KSA.

We are seeking a Program Manager (PM) to lead the execution of the Enhanced Repair Capability (ERC) program in Saudi Arabia. This role involves developing and implementing depot capabilities for repairing Patriot system Battery Replaceable Units (BRUs). The PM will oversee a program team within a matrix organization and manage critical subcontracts. The position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities :

  1. Manage the ERC program's execution, including daily operations, export/import compliance, customer interactions, and adherence to the Estimate at Completion (EAC). Responsible for BCR approval and quarterly EAC approval.
  2. Follow the program strategy and technical direction, ensuring contractual commitments are met in terms of financial, quality, technology, and schedule performance.
  3. Supervise and coordinate the performance of the program's Integrated Product Teams, managing a diverse team of US, Saudi, and other foreign nationals. Develop partnerships with internal functional organizations.
  4. Lead the program's overall performance reporting, ensuring achievement of technical, schedule, quality, and financial objectives. Provide performance metrics, identify corrective actions, and resolve issues.
  5. Collaborate with in-country and CONUS functional leaders to meet program milestones and collect related credits.
  6. Serve as the primary customer contact, provide program status, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  7. Manage relationships and performance of critical subcontractors within Saudi Arabia.
  8. Oversee the IPDS process for all Raytheon programs in Saudi Arabia, chair routine reviews, and resolve risks and issues.
  9. Motivate and evaluate the program team to achieve sales, cash, bookings, and profit goals.
  10. Coach and provide performance feedback to team members.

Qualifications You Must Have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience
  • Knowledge of program management principles and tools
  • Experience in program planning, budgeting, and tracking
  • Experience with Risk & Opportunity management
  • Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams
  • Saudi Nationals only, in accordance with local regulations and Saudization initiatives.
