Program Manager Revenue Assurance

Are you an experienced Program Manager with a strong Revenue Assurance (RA) background? I am looking for a skilled professional to lead RA operations, optimize processes, and enhance operational effectiveness within telecom, utilities, or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Revenue Assurance operations teams to drive efficiency and accuracy.
2. Oversee key revenue assurance processes like connection management, billing, service provisioning, and finance.
3. Work with large datasets and utilize leading RA tools to identify and mitigate risks.
4. Conduct risk and maturity assessments, improving RA controls and effectiveness.
5. Drive business process improvements across the Order to Cash lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in Revenue Assurance (RA) operations.
2. Industry experience in telecom and/or utilities (preferred).
3. Strong knowledge of RA tools and large dataset management.
4. Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
