Job description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to lead the Digital Transformation initiatives for a leading Insurance company in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing large-scale transformation programs across multiple workstreams including core insurance systems, customer experience platforms, and cloud/digital enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation programs.

  • Align program outcomes with business goals and the broader digital roadmap.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

  • Monitor budgets, timelines, resources, and risks; proactively implement mitigation strategies.

  • Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication across business units.

  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and IT governance standards in the insurance domain.

  • Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure impact and ensure continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, with at least 5 years in the insurance domain.

  • Proven experience managing large digital transformation or core systems modernization projects.

  • Strong understanding of insurance products, operations, and regulatory landscape (especially in GCC/KSA).

  • Expertise in Agile/Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, TCS BaNCS, Duck Creek, INSIS or similar).

  • Familiarity with cloud migrations, API integrations, and digital customer experience platforms.

  • Prior experience working in or with clients in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
