A leading insurance company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a strategic Program Manager to spearhead digital transformation initiatives. The role includes overseeing large-scale projects to enhance core insurance systems and customer experience, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards. Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in program management, especially within the insurance domain, enabling the company to achieve its modernization objectives.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to lead the Digital Transformation initiatives for a leading Insurance company in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing large-scale transformation programs across multiple workstreams including core insurance systems, customer experience platforms, and cloud/digital enablement.
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation programs.
Align program outcomes with business goals and the broader digital roadmap.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor budgets, timelines, resources, and risks; proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication across business units.
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and IT governance standards in the insurance domain.
Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure impact and ensure continuous improvement.
10+ years of experience in Program Management, with at least 5 years in the insurance domain.
Proven experience managing large digital transformation or core systems modernization projects.
Strong understanding of insurance products, operations, and regulatory landscape (especially in GCC/KSA).
Expertise in Agile/Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred.
Experience working with insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, TCS BaNCS, Duck Creek, INSIS or similar).
Familiarity with cloud migrations, API integrations, and digital customer experience platforms.
Prior experience working in or with clients in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
