Who are we looking for

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our talent pool in MENA to lead and manage upcoming client projects related to compliance, fraud prevention, and governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, with experience in business compliance and regulatory frameworks. This role requires the ability to drive strategic initiatives, monitor project performance, and ensure successful execution in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects focused on compliance, governance, and fraud prevention.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to execute technical and operational project plans.
• Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives related to business policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
• Conduct periodic project reviews and provide detailed reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
• Ensure alignment of project execution with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a must.
• Proven experience in managing projects related to business compliance, fraud risk management, or governance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and best practices in compliance and fraud prevention.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.

Duration:

6-12 months (contract-based role, with potential for extension based on project requirements).
