Objective

To contribute to the implementation of project management principles for the Union's programs and initiatives, ensuring their progress and outputs align with the project's goals through coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Job Description

Provide support in managing and executing projects at all stages, coordinating and following up on project plans and components, as well as overseeing preparation, implementation, and documentation procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with developing operational and strategic plans.
  • Knowledge of project management models and tools.
  • Professional certification in project management is preferred (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CPM).

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and regular updating of implementation plans for the Union's initiatives and programs.
  • Create templates and reports for managing the Union's programs and initiatives.
  • Document all information related to the Union's programs and initiatives, establish and update a database in accordance with Union guidelines.
  • Prepare essential project documentation, including initiation documents, execution plans, and benefit realization plans, for review and approval.
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and identify deviations from timelines for review.
  • Follow up with external suppliers to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with external parties to ensure project completion.
  • Participate in evaluating outcomes to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Continuously update risk records, assumptions, and challenges in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets based on scope of work.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address inquiries about the programs and initiatives.
  • Participate in feasibility studies and analyze results.
  • Coordinate project plans and monitor execution as part of operational plans.
  • Follow up on implementation procedures and document achievements.
  • Assist in collecting data to measure operational performance indicators.
  • Prepare contracts, negotiate terms, and manage changes with suppliers and consultants.
