JASARA PMC is excited to announce an opening for the role of Program Director. This pivotal position is integral to our mission of advancing infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in alignment with Vision 2030. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards of quality, within budget, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and implementation of program strategies that align with corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations.
2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with project managers to ensure effective execution and delivery.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders involved in program activities.
4. Monitor program performance using appropriate metrics and report on progress to senior management.
5. Identify potential risks and develop risk management plans to mitigate issues that may arise during program execution.
6. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and facilitate their professional development.
7. Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management, particularly in large infrastructure projects.
3. Strong track record of successful project delivery and demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams.
4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Thorough understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
6. Experience in the construction industry within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly advantageous.
7. Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
