We are looking for a full-time Program Coordinator to join our team in Madrid.

Responsibilities

Your role as Program Coordinator will involve:

  • Interaction with Participants:
    • Meet with corporate participants to resolve issues, offer advice, and support with empathy, sensitivity, and a professional customer-oriented approach.
    • Co-manage relationships with class representatives alongside team members.
    • Support participants facing academic or program-related challenges.
    • Manage communications with participants, including regular updates, presentations, and information sessions.
    • Use feedback to improve participant experience.
    • Assist participants and faculty before, during, and after programs.

Interaction with Professors and Departments:

  • Liaise with professors to plan sessions and trips.
  • Coordinate with professors to address participant requests, support program management, and ensure timely submission of grades and syllabi.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance participant experience.

Internal Development:

  • Learn internal processes, platforms, and tools to deliver quality programs.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Lead initiatives to improve internal processes and materials.
  • Handle administrative and logistical duties for program success.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Arabic is a plus.
  • Cultural awareness for coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer management, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and high accountability.
