The Director of Professional Services will establish and expand our Professional Services practice to accelerate customer adoption, drive value, and embed Unifonic’s platform across various domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive consultancy experience and a strong background in managing large-scale digital transformation projects involving technology, customer engagement, and AI.

This role involves building and leading a high-impact team across technical integration, marketing use case implementation, customer journey design, contact center automation, and AI-driven optimization. As a founding member, you will shape the vision, operating model, and delivery methodology of our services-as-a-software practice, helping clients unlock the full potential of our platform.

Help us shape the future of communications by:

• Defining the long-term vision and operating model for Unifonic’s Professional Services aligned with product strategy and GTM priorities.
• Recruiting, leading, and inspiring a cross-functional team of consultants, solution architects, CX specialists, and project managers.
• Delivering high-impact engagements that accelerate platform adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Designing and packaging a portfolio of services across integration, digital strategy, and customer journey transformation.
• Leading client-facing projects focused on AI-driven automation, contact center modernization, and data-led personalization.
• Collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and channel partners for seamless implementation and maximum customer value.
• Building scalable delivery methodologies, knowledge assets, and KPIs to ensure service excellence.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable initiatives.

Job requirements

What you'll bring:

• 12+ years of experience in consultancy, digital transformation, or technology services, preferably in SaaS, marketing tech, or customer engagement platforms.
• Proven ability to build and scale professional services or customer success teams.
• Experience delivering complex projects involving technology integration, marketing automation, or CX transformation.
• Exposure to marketing and advertising ecosystems, CRM, contact center solutions, and AI/ML technologies.
• Strong strategic thinking with operational execution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience advising executives.
• Regional knowledge of the Saudi and broader MEA markets is advantageous. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
