Job Purpose

• Lead the Module Assembly Production Team to achieve production targets, high efficiency, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.

Job Context

• Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality, Inventory, On-Time Delivery, and Productivity requirements by the Assembly Line Team.

Job Dimensions

• Coordinate Module Built activities in Lucy Saudi Arabia aligned with global standards.

Key Accountabilities

The position is responsible to:

• Meet the production targets for SF6 products as per the plan.
• Lead the Module Assembly Team.
• Continuously improve productivity and report weekly KPIs such as efficiency and FPY.
• Create a work environment that meets ISO 9001/14001 quality standards.
• Allocate workload daily to operators.
• Validate BOM and report errors to Contracts Department.
• Collaborate with Production Engineering to optimize process flow for cost reduction and waste minimization.
• Implement total quality systems through proper manufacturing processes.
• Reduce cycle times (throughput time).
• Train workers on products and technical aspects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders like Fabrication, Stores, and Quality to meet targets.
• Maintain overall 5S standards.
• Ensure tools, fixtures, measuring instruments are calibrated.
• Design workstation layouts and process flows.
• Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to H&S guidelines.
• Address assembly problems and cross-train operators.
• Inspect critical assemblies and manage rework/repair.
• Manage stock of consumables and WIP.
• Generate and circulate line stoppage reports.
• Follow the one-piece flow concept consistently.
• Develop skill training programs and update training matrices.
• Analyze rejection issues due to operator error.
• Circulate daily production updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and H&S regulations.
• Proactive with initiative-taking abilities.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and Lean tools like Kaizen, VSM, Gemba.
• Strong analytical and planning skills for managing over 80 employees.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of the impact of quality and safety issues in manufacturing.
