Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. This role involves leading and coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficient operations, high quality, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and extensive experience in manufacturing promotional products and gift items.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of production lines.
• Manage production planning and scheduling activities.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance as needed.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and design teams.
