Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants in Medina, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced tyre manufacturing specialist to lead hands-on operations on dedicated machinery and ensure process stability across the extrusion line. Applicants should have 7–10 years of relevant experience, a Diploma in a related field, and be aged 25–35.

You will monitor compound quality, perform die changes, coordinate lab analyses, and oversee operations on Banbury F305, Tangential Mixer HF, or Kobelco equipment to deliver

• Hands-on experience with tyre manufacturing machinery and setup.
• Ability to monitor compound quality and perform tests.
• Experience with die changes and extrusion processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate tyre manufacturing machinery and monitor lines.
• Oversee extruder line and send compound samples to the laboratory.
• Change dies during setup and verify compound quality.
• Process extruded compound in the mill to homogenize.
