• Mission
Responsible for the application and management of standardized manufacturing production methods.
Strong involvement in continuous improvement.

• Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strict application of standardized processes in manufacturing production processes, including some basic maintenance processes.
- Strong contributor to continuous improvement.

• Main Activities
• Identify and report to the Team Leader any risks regarding health, safety, quality, and environment, including all incidents and near misses.
• Know the recommended gestures to perform standard operating modes. Suggest proposals to improve operating modes.
• Ensure the quality of operations by controlling and respecting standards.
• Apply escalation processes in case of deviations (environment, quality, performance).
• Ensure proper recording of barriers and performance in Red Green follow-up.
• Ensure maintenance level 1 & 2.

• Qualifications
- Key Systems: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Education: English B1
- Experience Level: Less than 3 years, typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience.
